The roles

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (until November 2026)
  • Business Analyst: Level 7 - $98,467 to $107,591 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Senior Business Analyst: Level 8 - $110,629 to $125,223 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange or Wagga Wagga (other locations / remote working within Australia may be considered)

We are seeking a Business Analyst and a Senior Business Analyst to support major business transformation in the alignment and implementation of a new student management system.

The Student Management Transformation Project places students at the center of decision-making, simplifying processes for both students and staff. Our goal is to connect core technology platforms and users, ensuring seamless student journeys, enhancing interactions with learning management and CRM systems, and empowering data-driven decisions.

About you

As the Business Analyst, you will bring experience in conducting complex business analysis with knowledge of lean and agile project delivery methodologies. You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Additionally, you have demonstrated skills and experience in business process modeling, enabling you to support effective process improvements.

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will hold extensive experience leading complex business analysis within large enterprise IT projects. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong professional relationships and collaborate effectively including mentoring other Business Analysts in the team.
