The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (until March 2026)
  • Level 5 - $79,610 to $86,913 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

As an Offer Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students on their journey from applicant to student. Using your account management expertise and a customer-first approach, you’ll help future students overcome barriers, feel confident, and build genuine connections with Charles Sturt University.

About you

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and direct marketing activities.
  • Agile and proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced in leveraging Customer Relationship Management systems to manage interactions and support communications.

The Division of Customer Experience is responsible for finding, engaging and admitting future students to Charles Sturt University through brand awareness and marketing campaigns, student recruitment activities and events, and admission and conversion processes. Our teams work closely with the Office of Planning and Analytics, Division of Student Success, Office of Engagement and Enterprise, and Division of Student Experience to create a seamless, end-to-end customer journey.
