Director, First Nations Strategy and Coordination - Identified First Nations Position

The role

• Fixed term - five years - full time
• Senior Remuneration package including 17% super ranging from $175,863 - $219,829
• Campus based position (Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga)

As the Director, First Nations Strategy and Coordination, you will oversee the delivery and alignment of projects with the strategic objectives of the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor First Nations Strategy (PVCFNS). You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to coordinate and drive First Nations initiatives that promote a high performing culture in First Nations education, research, and engagement across the university. You will be empowered to manage the day-to-day operations of the Office of the PVCFNS including related planning, monitoring, reporting, communications, and other management activities.

The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, First Nations Strategy (OPVCFNS) is responsible for the strategic leadership of First Nations education, research, and engagement at Charles Sturt University through a whole-of-university approach.
