The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 4 - $73,230 to $79,494 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga

As a senior receptionist, you will be the focal point of contact for the Dental and Oral Health Clinics for providing the patient care and management. You will oversee all reception functions such as appointment booking, dissemination of information and banking and invoicing for student and private clinics. This role provides the supervision in addition to front office reception coverage and other administrative tasks.

You will also be responsible for the reception team across all clinic locations provide a high level of customer service, contribute to efficient and innovative processes that comply with relevant accreditation and dentistry standards.

About you 

  • Proven capability to supervise, mentor and provide training to team members, especially through times of change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of team and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Good numerical skills to accurately and efficiently process banking and financial reconciliations.
  • Previous experience using patient management systems and a high level of typing accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and problem solve.
