The role

  • Part time, Fixed Term (until 31 March 2027)
  • Level 4 - $73,238 to $79,494 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst, Wagga Wagga, Port Macquarie

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Division of Library Services, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple campuses. You'll provide high-quality administrative support across a diverse range of business functions, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of services and effective divisional operations.

Your responsibilities will span financial administration, compliance and risk activities, data and records management, purchasing and asset coordination, facilities support, meeting and calendar management, and report preparation. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, using your organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills to deliver accurate, timely and professional administrative support.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word, with experience maintaining records, preparing reports and managing data.
  • A proactive communicator who builds positive working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset, who enjoys finding more efficient ways of working.
