The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (until March 2029)
  • Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Orange

As a Digital Learning Officer, you will partner with academic staff to design and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences using the University’s Brightspace learning management system and a range of educational technologies. Working at the intersection of technology and teaching practice, you will collaborate with academics to translate teaching intent into engaging, accessible, and pedagogically aligned learning activities, including the development of bespoke digital resources that enhance the student experience.

In this role, you will build academic capability through practical guidance, while supporting the implementation of innovative approaches, including the use of emerging tools such as AI where appropriate. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of digital content that meets accessibility, copyright, brand, and quality standards, managing competing priorities to deliver work to agreed timelines and identifying opportunities to improve processes and learning design.

  • Experience in higher education (desirable, not essential)
