  • Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level executive support to the Vice-Chancellor. As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the Vice-Chancellor’s schedule, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Your work will help ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the success of key strategic priorities.
In this role, you will manage the Vice-Chancellor’s complex diary, travel and meeting schedule, act as the first point of contact for the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and coordinate briefing materials and documentation to prepare for meetings and events.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant, office manager or in a similar high-level administrative role supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional correspondence and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused approach, exercising sound judgment and discretion in managing sensitive matters.
