The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months)
  • Level 8 - $113,948 to $128,980 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Campus based with option for hybrid work model: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga. Remote work for alternate locations also considered.

As the Manager, Partnerships, you will advance our domestic and transnational education and industry partnerships, focusing on business development and relationship management. You will be central to building sustainable, high-impact partnerships that enhance student enrolments, strengthen institutional ties and contribute to long-term success.

About you 

  • High level communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Experienced navigating partnership frameworks, with contract administration knowledge
  • Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to identify, shape and deliver business development opportunities
  • Project management experience with a focus on delivery and coordination
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn rapidly and adapt to evolving priorities
