The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 8 - $110,629 to $125,223 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Officer to provide high level executive support and oversee the efficient and effective operation of the Office of the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO).

In this key advisory role, you will be responsible for triaging, processing, and prioritising all executive office communications. This includes managing competing activities, providing strategic and operational advice and providing administration and financial support for the leadership team. You will also be involved in undertaking research, writing reports and communications and leading projects and activities initiated by the CIDO.

About you  

This position will suit someone with administration leadership experience in a busy and complex working environment. You will be organised, adaptable and outcomes driven, and able to effectively meet deadlines and balance competing priorities. Additionally, you will have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with compliance and governance tracking.
  • High level communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
