Associate Director Academic Integrity

The role

• Full Time 35 hours per week, continuing
• Level 10 – $137,977 to $146,330 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Located at any Charles Sturt University regional campus (hybrid/WFH arrangements may be available)

This newly created role will empower you to cultivate and champion a strong culture of academic integrity across the university.  Reporting to the Director, Academic Quality, Standards and Integrity, you will lead the Academic Integrity Unit, managing the strategic oversight and operational excellence in academic misconduct processes.

This is a unique opportunity to enhance the University's culture of academic integrity through leadership of the Academic Integrity Unit. The role will see you shape policy and practice, educate and develop others, and lead a unit committed to fair and consistent application of academic standards.

• A commitment to fostering and enhancing academic integrity culture.
• Extensive experience managing academic integrity and academic misconduct issues. 
• Proven leadership capability with effective people management and mentoring experience.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, enabling informed decision-making.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities and clear, influential communication skills.
