The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 8 months)
  • Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

As an Admissions Officer, International, you’ll deliver efficient, high‑quality processing of international student applications across a range of programs and recruitment channels. You’ll play a key role in supporting growth, ensuring compliance with ESOS requirements, and providing exceptional service to applicants, agents and stakeholders.

Working within the Office of Global Engagement, you’ll help ensure admissions processes are timely, accurate and aligned with both University expectations and national regulatory standards. Collaboration across teams, strong stakeholder engagement and maintaining data integrity will be central to your success in this role.

About you

You’re a detail‑driven, customer‑focused administrator who communicates clearly, works collaboratively and delivers high‑quality, compliant outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

You will bring:

  • Relevant degree and experience, or equivalent knowledge
  • Strong administrative capability, ideally in admissions or similar
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Ability to support conversion outcomes within regulatory requirements
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Values‑aligned behaviour, strong teamwork and effective communication
  • Awareness of governance, risk and compliance expectations
