Charles Sturt University is seeking a dynamic Manager, Commercial to join our Division of Information Technology (DIT) Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of technology procurement and supplier strategy, ensuring our digital investments deliver maximum value and performance. We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us on one of our vibrant regional campuses. If you’re not currently located within a reasonable commuting distance, we’ll happily support your relocation. Our core teams are based in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, and Wagga Wagga, offering a collaborative and community-focused environment where your contribution will make a real impact.

You are a commercially astute leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving value through technology partnerships. You will bring a track record in;

  • Vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic procurement, with a focus on delivering value and performance.
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, enabling you to navigate complexity and lead with confidence.
  • Demonstrated success in cost optimisation and service excellence, with the ability to engage stakeholders, lead change, and deliver results that matter in the higher education sector.
