The role

  • Full Time, Continuing
  • Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Any CSU campus (Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga). 

We’re seeking a Research Training Coordinator to join our Scholarly Communications team, supporting graduate research candidates and academic staff. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Scholarly Communication and Research, you’ll collaborate with the Office of Graduate Research and Library staff to deliver expert training, resources, and programs that build research capability.

This role will focus on identifying researcher needs early and coordinating curriculum design, training delivery (online and in-person), and strategic projects that enhance service accessibility and impact. You will also foster collaboration across teams, mentor staff, and contribute to continuous improvement in research support practices.

  • A combination of skills, qualification(s) and experience relevant to the role
  • Experience in development, revision and delivery of training
