The role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 5 years)

We are Expanding our Leadership Team capability for our future enterprise success. You will lead the Veterinary Enterprises with strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, and compliance. Oversee high-quality clinical care, student training, and research while fostering collaboration and innovation. Drive growth, manage risks, explore commercial opportunities, and strengthen community ties—all while upholding university values and reporting to key stakeholders.

As the Director, you will drive continuous improvement, promote commercial opportunities, and strengthen community relationships—advancing the impact of veterinary education and practice at Charles Sturt University.

You will be a dynamic leader who can balance commercial sustainability, clinical excellence, and educational impact.

About you

  • Qualified veterinary practitioner with Veterinary registration (or eligibility) in NSW.
  • Significant experience leading veterinary clinical environments. 
  • Demonstrated success in driving clinical excellence and business growth.
  • A passion for education, student development, and continuous improvement.
