The role

  • Full Time, Continuing (part time fraction considered)
  • Level 4 - $71,097 - $77,179 pa FTE (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga (other campus locations may be considered)

In this role you will be supporting the administrative, procedural, and operational systems, tasks and processes required to deliver Charles Sturt’s three enabling courses: The Access Charles Sturt Entry Course, the Undergraduate Certificate in University Preparation and the Studylink suite of subjects. 

You will be providing administrative support to processes and systems relevant to course and subject enrolment, student progression, retention and transition, the commencement and conclusion of teaching periods, the contracting of sessional academic staff and the monitoring of the CRM. You will also be working collaboratively with academic and divisional staff and will develop a sound working knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.  

About you

  • Excellent administration skills, ideally using CRM or similar administrative systems, and ability to conduct data entry functions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with ability to interpret policy, maintain data integrity and resolve problems for clients.
  • Qualification and/or work experience relevant to the role.

The successful applicant will need to produce, satisfy and maintain a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
