    The role

    • Continuing – 32 hours / 4 day work week (2 or 3 days will be considered)
    • Level 4 - $62,987 to $68,375 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
    • Wagga Wagga and Albury/Wodonga

    As an Early Childhood Educator with Charles Sturt University, you will be responsible for providing developmentally appropriate care and education programs for the group of children within your care. You will work as a member of our cooperative team to plan, prepare, implement and evaluate, indoor and outdoor learning environments, acknowledging children’s individual needs, within the needs of the group as a whole.

    About you:

    • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.  
    • Proven experience developing and implementing high-quality educational programs, incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework.
    • Experience working in a Long Daycare or Pre-School environment.
    • Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and implement Education and Care Services Regulations and support the National Quality Standards.
    • Proven and genuine commitment to a team approach in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services for young children and their families.

    The appointment is also conditional upon the successful applicant producing, satisfying and maintaining a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
