Are you a visionary leader ready to shape the future of digital strategy and transformation?

 Charles Sturt University is seeking a dynamic Director, Strategy and Transformation to join our Division of Information Technology (DIT) executive team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of the University’s Digital Strategy, drive transformation of operating models and delivery practices, and build a robust innovation capability to explore emerging technologies. Overseeing enterprise architecture, project management, and business analysis, you’ll ensure strategic alignment and sustainable value across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll champion collaboration, continuous improvement, and impactful change that supports our purpose-driven mission.

About you

You are a strategic thinker and influential leader with:

  • Proven experience in digital strategy development and organisational transformation.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, project portfolio delivery, and innovation management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead change in complex environments.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for driving value through technology.
