Following a security incident in May 2018 involving PageUp’s systems, CSU temporarily ceased using PageUp to process job applications. This was a precaution whilst cybersecurity experts investigated the incident. See more information in PageUp’s statement.

PageUp’s security consultants have confirmed that they have not identified any further threats within PageUp’s systems and that PageUp is safe to use. Based on the outcome of that investigation and additional security improvements made by PageUp to mitigate the risks of similar future attacks, CSU has reinstated the PageUp recruitment system.

The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 9 - $107,572 to $113,719 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst (preferred) or Wagga Wagga

You will will lead an in-house recruiting team to deliver a strategically-aligned, future-focused recruitment function that is responsive to changing market conditions and underpinned by principles of equity, diversity and merit.  You will also provide leadership to the HR Services function, which is the first point of contact for HR enquiries for University staff across all campuses and administers conditions of employment. 

To be successful you will have:

  • significant experience in recruitment and/or HR service delivery
  • a track record of innovation
  • a strong customer service focus

What you need to know before you apply:

  2. To create your profile, you can:

a. Pre-populate your profile using your LinkedIn, Seek or Facebook account; or

b. Pre-populate your profile by uploading your resume; or

c. Enter your profile information manually.

  1. You will need to enter your response to each of the selection criteria in the relevant field in the recruitment system.  We use the selection criteria to determine which applicants progress to interview.
